Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to read this site and use it, including people who browse with a keyboard only, with a screen reader, at high zoom, or with animation turned down. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not as something added at the end.

The standard we work to

This site is built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. Where practical we follow the newer WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria as well.

What has been implemented

• Full keyboard operation. Every link, button, and menu can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, in a logical order. Nothing traps the focus.
• Skip to content. A skip link appears as soon as you press Tab, so keyboard and screen reader users can jump past the navigation.
• Visible focus. The element you are on is always marked with a clear focus ring, not just a colour change.
• Semantic structure. Real landmarks for the header, navigation, main content, and footer; one page heading followed by headings in order with no levels skipped; every navigation region carries its own label.
• Text alternatives. Every image has alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology so they are not read out as noise.
• Colour contrast. All text meets or exceeds the WCAG AA contrast ratios against its background, in both the light sections and the dark ones. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Reduced motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, animations and smooth scrolling are switched off.
• Zoom and reflow. Text is set in relative units, so the page can be enlarged and still reflows into a single readable column with no horizontal scrolling, down to a 390 pixel wide screen.
• No traps or timers. There are no time limits, no automatic carousels, no pop-ups, no auto-playing sound or video, and no flashing content.
• Works without extras. There are no forms, logins, or cookie banners to get past, and nothing is loaded from an external service that could fail or be blocked.

Known limitations

We report these openly rather than claim the site is perfect:

• The two illustrative panels on the home page, the group console and the request preview, are visual examples rather than live data. Their inner diagram is hidden from screen readers, and each panel carries a short label describing what it shows.
• The site has been tested against the criteria above and with keyboard navigation, but it has not yet been through a full audit with a certified accessibility examiner or a round of testing with screen reader users.

If you find something that does not work for you, it counts as a defect and we want to hear about it.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you can, mention the browser and any assistive technology you use, since that helps us reproduce it quickly. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a few working days and to fix confirmed problems as a priority.
